Our Team
Our long-serving carers are what gives Halland House its unique, homely feel. We don’t consider our staff and residents as two separate entities, we’re a strong family unit working together to make sure everyone has a fulfilling and satisfying life.
We support and motivate our team to achieve their career goals and encourage them to build strong friendships with residents and daycare guests. As a result, they go above and beyond to meet the needs of everyone in their care.

We provide fun and stimulating activities in a safe and modern environment to help people with learning disabilities develop their life skills and interests. Our dedicated Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator works alongside the care team to help people set and achieve realistic goals, and have fun doing it.
